During the Implementation Phase the Implementation Plan is given milestones and measureables, particularly with respect to timelines, and then the specific action steps are implemented, with as much parallelism as is possible. Champions and/or executive sponsors are assigned, where appropriate, and the plan is executed, on multiple simultaneous fronts. The client is constantly updated, in interactive sessions.  Mentat Systems Inc. usually uses an implementation committee, for this client interaction, to monitor the progress of the implementation, to validate implementation results, and to approve mid course corrections as they are needed.
